   At least 21, but most rental car companies will say 25. Check their websites.

   well most rental car co will let u rent at the age of 21 but there will be a penalty and varies from co. to co. some even go as high as 80 a day
   if u r 25 u r ok

   and if u r 25 and u r sure to come to nyc
   i suggest renting or booking ur car thru hotwire.com but look around
